Exchanges are offered only in the following cases:

  • A request is raised within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos

Note:

  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • If the replacement item is not available, a refund will be processed
  • The exchange products will get shipped and delivered in 6 to 8 days .

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under these conditions:

  • The product is damaged or incorrect
  • A valid request has been approved
  • Replacement is not available

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method


4. Shipping Policy
